Henry has also previously worked as a Manager in the assurance line of service at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) which prides itself as having the largest professional services practice within the world. He therefore possesses an excellent grasp of both legal and financial expertise which is vital in providing valuable and practical solutions to a wide range of issues.

Henry has also a good understanding of the local and regional business environment having worked in various countries including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zambia, Malawi, Eritrea, Somalia, South Sudan among others. He has also served clients funded by major organisations such as the World Bank, USAID, European Union, African Union, SIDA, DANIDA and others and has an excellent understanding of donor requirements and compliance..

With over 15 years of experience, Ratemo is a partner providing legal and tax services.

He is responsible for assisting clients in solving complex tax matters by representing them at various levels, including the Tax Appeals Tribunal and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.

He has previously worked as a Manager in the tax and legal departments at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Ernst & Young (E & Y). At both PwC and E & Y, Mosota provided valuable support in taxation and advisory services to various local and international clients.

Collins has over 15 years of experience and is a partner responsible for the dispute resolution unit.

He is an experienced arbitrator and civil litigant, having qualified as a Member of the Institute of Arbitrators of Kenya.

He has been actively involved in alternative dispute resolution of significant projects, including those in businesses and among individuals.

He also has impeccable experience in dealing with land, environment, labour, and immigration matters, assisting clients in obtaining work permits and other legal documents to conduct business in Kenya.
